November 2009 Newsletter

From the CEO
It's that time again! Tipping Point is in strategic planning mode for 2010. If they haven't already, your Account Manager will be contacting you to set up a meeting to discuss your goals and budgets for next year. Because most of our clients begin their fiscal year in January, it is important to have your information as soon as possible so we can begin the planning and estimating process.
Your media plan will take approximately 3-4 weeks to prepare after the strategy meeting. Our goal is to have your plan back to you with plenty of time for internal discussions and so we can aggressively negotiate your media purchases. For the most efficient buys, we like to conduct 3 rounds of negotiations which can take up to 3 weeks (depending on the media mix).
Thank you so much for your business!
Michelle Ashby
President/CEO
